Just wanted to welcome Marine Glass Specialists to the site!! I highly recommend them, there service is excellent!!
We had an issue with Grady White Customer Service...or lack there of actually. Last season we had one of our vent windows on our 2002 265 Express open while running and fly out...and sink!! Over and over I called Grady customer service, after a whole fishing season and multiple wrong parts numbers and local dealers in the NJ area who were unwilling to help or order the part for us, we were sent to Marine Glass by Somers Pt Marine, the only dealer we contacted that offered to help. They did some leg work and tracked down the correct part number as well as provided us with contact information for Marine Glass. After contacting Marine Glass, it turns out they are located about 5min drive from our second home in Florida and my Dad was flying down there that week. After speaking to them we decided to UPS them the other window to match it exactly. My Dad stopped by their shop and met them, they were nothing but first class he said and we quickly had a replacement window cut and sent up to me to be installed. The window fit perfectly, there work is great and they made some suggestions to update the latch hardware to prevent losing another window in the future which is highly appreciated!
