I'm looking at a 95 228G that has a 2014 Yamaha 200. Boat dry wt. is 300lbs. Is this enough power for her?

V-6 200HP, I think it should be plenty, especially the Zuke.

Suzuki 4 stroke is a straight 4, not a V6 I believe.
Better option for repowering, with more torque, better fuel economy and lighter weight on the transom would be a new 200 Etec G2....
Just my opinion since I'm in the process of repowering with a pair of G2's now....

I have an 01 with 200 HPDI and it's plenty for my needs. Gets out of hole with no issues. Would I rather have the 250fs? Sure, but the 200 works just fine. I do pull my kids on tube and toys and could use the extra HP's but outside of that it's fine.

I just repowered my 96 228g with a yamaha 200 4-stroke. It does very well topping out at 40+mph or so. I am planning to change the prop a bit but other than that no complaints.
