Leaking Center Console

Hey guys.

Anyone have any advice for a small leak in center console? I noticed some water after a hard rain. Seems to be collecting on the floor but has no way to drain out.

I know the caulking is old that seals the console to the rest of the deck but is this normal? Water is in the right hand corner.
