Just a heads up and shout out to Iosso mold and mildew cleaner. It was recommended to me by a local canvas guy I had re-sew some zippers on my drop canvas. No chlorine or bleach so it wont harm fabric or stitching. It's a powder you mix with water and soak the area you wish to clean. I haven't used it yet on the curtains but it worked wonders on my bolsters and bench seat. I think the trick is to keep it wet with the product. I used a soft(ish) brush and started on one side and worked my way around the boat. When I got to the end of the other side, I started over again. Just brushed lightly wetting the area and moving on. After 4 or 5 trips, the mildew completely disappeared and then I rinsed it well. Really nice job, not a lot of elbow grease and it's environmentally friendly, biodegradable, etc. Do a google search and watch the demonstration video. I'm a believer. Next job will be the drop curtains.
