I was having issues with water getting in my gas. After replacing the gas gap perko rubber orings that helped however to be safe I want to replace the gas caps and plastic neck. So I have a 2005, 232 Gulfstream, does anyone know the part number for the gas gap and the neck? I see there are two options, straight neck and one with a bend. Also to replace and reconnect gas line and breather do I need any special tools. Thank you in advance for your help.

Unless there is physical damage to the cap or deck fitting, I think you're wasting your money and time replacing those things. It's VERY rare to have to replace those pieces. But... special tools? No. But it is usually a very hard job to reach things.

You can find part numbers in your manual (or download it). But you don't need to get them through Grady - after all, Grady didn't make them. Look on Perko's site for a matching unit to what you have.
