    yes, there is a drain gutter on the sides that is piped down into the bilge. I'm also after better access to the seacocks in the event of failure and opening and closing them. A larger hatch may be the better play where the pry out is now. thanks for the input.

    Good advise. You have to get your hand in there to pull off the old hose and push on the new one. I put the 2 hose clamps on slid back a bit then heated the ends and pushed on from the interior to the discharge hull side first then connected to the new deck scupper. Did the outboard one first...
