    gel-coat restoration and decals done

    It took about 22 hours of work. I striped the old decals, cleaned with acetone, wet sanded, 3 coats of 3M Rubbing Compound, 2 coats of 3M Marine Wax and then new decals. The finish looks pretty good but which you can't see in the picture. Before: After:

    Restore Gel-coat on deck

    To restore the gel-coat on my boat I used 420 grit 3M sandpaper and wet sanded the surface gently to remove the fine scratches. Then I'm using 3M Rubbing Compound and 3M wax the surface is coming back nicely. With that said I am unsure on what to do with the deck of the boat...? :hmm I'm...
