Bathroom Switch on 04’ 330 express

Hi guys, I’ve been trying to figure out what the switch in the bathroom does on my 04’ 330 express. It’s next to the outlet behind the toilet on the wall. See attached picture. Anyone know what this switch does? Thanks!

A fan. Or at least the similar switch on my 305 is for the fan. Unscrew it and take a look.
 
I have an '03 330 Express in SoCal. A few years ago, I needed to replace the worn, torn ducts to make sure the foul smells were making it all the way to the stern exit area!!!
 
That makes sense, when i turned the switch on I didn’t hear anything run which made me wonder what it did. Is the fan very quiet? I’ll have to check to make sure it’s still running. Thanks for the reply’s!

It makes noise - you'll know it's running when you switch it on.
