I've watched this video a few times now and like the look as well as the functionality of the bait table on the back of his boat. It's not a 232 Gulfstream, but you get the idea.

Not on a gulfstream but I put a large bait table on the fish box of my 305. Awesome addition if you fish. It bolts on and is removable if needed.

...holder for both the cup holders in the rear. I don’t use a center rigger, but usually trolling use 6 poles with the setup. The one located on the starboard side, also makes a great location for a rod holder bait table when deep dropping, keeps the bait table close enough, but far enough away.

Yep, we went with 2 seperate bolsters on the port side corner. This eliminated the corner which is right below the bait table. Also should help with cleanup.
