    Hello, this is my first outboard in many years. 2005 Sportsman with 150 Yamaha with 360 hours. When I take it out of neutral and either into forward or reverse, the gears grind . If I try to shift quickly, it’s a little better but still grinds. Is this normal? Any suggestions would be...
