I keep it on a lift... so no, I did it in the water at a sand bar. Also switched the props there. lol. I did it all at once... they were actually toed in a bit before I adjusted. Next time I get the boat service or put it on my trailer I will re-check the measurements.

Bill, I have a 306 Bimini. Just repowered with 250 Tohatsus. Can you share what your solution was please? I'm trying to dial in my props also. Wayne
