I have the same boat and am looking to install a radar this spring. I also called diamond marine to see about getting that same trailer ! How do you like the trailer ?

Just to confirm your looking for the metal bang plate ? Not a spacer for your engine mount? If so this is who did mine may be worth a phone call

Go to any metail shop I had a place make it for me in last than 15 minutes from scratch

I only did the supper hoses and the bilge hose. I haven’t got into the livewell or fish box yet

After reading this thread I replaced all of my hoses as well, they were all cracked and leaking !

no problem, I was posting the same threads before I did it. I got the whole Job done for $700 and it took a half day. The best part was checking the transom and confirming that it was solid and bone dry! Good luck with it. Once it’s done you’ll never have to worry about the transom. Still don’t...

I would defiantly recommend at least sealing the seam with 5200. Such a crappy design no idea why they wouldn’t glass that over. I also noticed that the nuts on the inside of the transom (bottom 2) were starting to pull through the gelocoat. I added a backing plate while the motor was off .
