    Factory Spec Gas Tank ...

Grady will send you the specs for the tank and the diagram with the dimensions. Just have someone fabricate it, (cost me 800 for my 208 Grady) and then install it yourself.

Better use of coaming space/cockpit sidewalls?

    Cover vs shrink wrap

I split the cost of a ShrinkFast gun with a buddy, bought my own roll of plastic and been shrinkwrapping for the past 10 yrs. Best thing I ever did - even made a few bucks in the neighborhood wrapping peoples outdoor furniture for the winter. I use my regular boat cover during the season to...

Better use of coaming space/cockpit sidewalls?

I did the opposite. I had a round speaker in the top forward corner, and removed it. I redid the cupholder using 1/2 in starboard and bought a one of these for each side and used screws to hold them. Or something like this if it works for you.

    94 208 adventure outrigger location

I assume you mean gunnel mounted outriggers? I have not seen them on a 208, but I did see them on a 209 and they where mounted forward of rod holders closest to the bow. BTW - I have the 208 and I think the bow rails are different than on a CC, meaning I'm not sure that configuration works...

    Grady 1992 Overnighter

Ok, sounds good. Also there is an anti-siphon valve at the fuel tank connector. They do go bad. Another possibility is the run the boat with and auxiliary gas tank. Connect one of those portable five gallon fuel tanks and see how she runs on that. This is how I found out my anti-siphon valve on...

    Grady 1992 Overnighter

Here's a dumb question: When was the last time you changed the plugs? Spark plugs make a world of difference, especially in an outboard. While the plugs are out is a good time to do a compression test

    94 208 adventure clean up

LOL... Actually I was referring to the VHF. Didnt even see the other radio there till I took a second look. Cant tell you how many times I've done what you did, replace something and put it back just how it was, only to wonder a short time later why. But it looks like you have plans for the...
