All three tells you that the engine thinks there is low oil in the main tank (on the motor) as well as the remote tank (in the locker) This could be low oil or a wiring issues. Pull the cowl and see if the oil tank on the motor is full and go from there.

AS a side note, my Progressive policy offered a 'Propulsion Plus' option that covers lower unit and sterndrive damage. It was about $80 cost for my boat. I have good experiences with Progressive but not with this policy add on. Hopefully I won't need to:)

You can use a dewaxer and a stiff brush. also note that you can lightly sand the raised surface for a better bite. The recessed portion of course wont get sanded but it also doesn't get as much wear. The dewaxer should be fine
