    Good gas filler neck and cap?

    Looking for a good quality stainless gas filler cap or cap and neck assembly. I'm suspecting the one on my boat pictured is leaking water into the tank. Also is it possible to just change the cap or I can find the same one or best to change it out an an assembly? Thanks guys

    Controlsct, would you mind taking some pics of your current setup? Mine is an '89 204c and I have that same baitwell in front of the engine, but I only have one pump to it. There is no washdown. Just want to see how they came from the factory with the livewell/washdown, Thx.

    Painted it yesterday. Used Total Boat topside paint in off white. It's a gloss, slightly brighter than than the Grady gelcoat color.

    Fuel tank project is complete

    In your 2nd pic, does your deck plate sit right above the sender or fill hose? My tank was done 3 yrs ago and the deck plate is above the fill hose and at an angle to the sender. Wondering if I gotta take the whole hatch off to replace the sender.

    I would at least seal up that cap for now. You have a Fulton winch. I would get another Fulton one that comes with a cable instead of the strap. Shelby makes a good winch also. Fulton makes a quality jack too.

    Grady 204C Fuel tank height

    I will be using a small ratchet, can't fit a drill driver in there anyway. I bought a 10" Wema sender for my 11" deep tank. My tank was changed for a new 80 gallon in 2015. The place that made the tank for the previous owner sent me the drawing for it, Thanks
