Never touched the hinge - once you unscrew the window pull handle the glass will just come out or the hinge.. Hinge stays in place

Most glass dealers have a supplier that they can send a template to replicate the glass you lost. I replace mine 2 years ago. I just took the opposite window to the glass shop. they made a template and I had an exact replica 5 days later.

I had the same problem and it was the side window. Try and realy tifghten down the latches, that worked for me.

I have an 04 Sailfish and seldom use the stove top. I run it once a year and it alway fires right up. Same tank of gas since it was new. Same install as described by BG above.
