Looked at my scupper hoses tonight and confirmed my suspicions that they need replacing. Any recommendations for scuppers and where to purchase? Stainless, bronze, plastic, etc....???

I have a 1993 28 marlin and I would like to replace my deck drains, hoses and scuppers. i have opened the rear deck plate and have tried to access the drains, hoses and scuppers, but it seems impossible to reach. What is the best way to get this done?

The metal reinforcement wire on my scupper drain hoses are rusting out and hoses are starting to leak. I called Grady and was told that they still use and recommend metal reinforced hosing for the scupper drains. I assume that this is some type of engine coolant hose. I can see this problem...

I know there have been a number of topics on this. Port is easy as I already cut in an access panel below the livewell plus the livewell can be removed. I'll have to cut an access panel probably thru the deck for starboard. Has anyone done this? How did you do it and do you have any pics?
