thanks for the help guys! I got the boat on the trailer it isn't perfect but she's good for the winter! I plan on doing the final adjustments to make her fit perfect!

It is a bolt together type trailer. The main back bunks want to sit right on the trim tabs.. I moved the winch as far back as I could. Should I cut down the bunks so they won't hit the tabs? Or try and adjust the bunks so they are on the inside of them? But I feel like that would be too close...
