The LED on Speed/Fuel gage works sporadically . It will briefly show if you press the mode button then lights up half way. Is this hard to replace? Can a novice like me do it?

Can someone tell me the brand of the pull out galley faucet on the 2006 Grady white sailfish ? It was broken by my grandson. Better yet, do you know where I can order just the pull out faucet connected to the hose instead of replacing everything? Thanks FreddyG
