Thanks folks, getting a survey within the week and gonna have the surveyor keep a close on that transom.

Noted, just looked at a few more pictures I got and it appears the rust is only near washers that have rusted, there’s gaps in between the sets of bolts where no rust is present in the crack, if that changes anything. Thanks.
