Does anyone know what these smaller holes are for? They are forward of the rod holder. Outriggers perhaps? I don’t know if they are original or something put on by previous owner.

Thanks - yes it appears to be the speedometer hose. There actually appears to be 2 hoses not sure why - should there be some sort of connection between them? I crimped them both off of now and no leakage. I recently replaced the gauge but made sure I re-attached the same hose as before...
