Repowering 24' Offshore

Thanks to all for the responses. I think I will move forward by repowering with a 250 hp. I would hate to have any regrets later if I fall short on the horsepower.

Repowering 24' Offshore

I have a 1991 24' Offshore that I am wanting to repower. Will a 2008 200 hp Yamaha be enough power to push 4 guys and a full load on the boat?
