    222 New Bottom Paint

    Recently bought a 2008 222 which has never had bottom paint. I plan to keep her in the water from May through September in MA and on a trailer in storage for the other months. Any suggestions on the best plan of actions and cost estimates ? (for a boat shop to do not doing this myself)

    Relocating batteries to bow?

    I just purchased a 2008 222 and was wondering if I'll have the same problem ? I read this entire post and didn't realize until the end that you have a bracket on your 222 ?

    2008 Fisherman 222 - Moving Batteries to Console

    Anyone have an opinion on moving the two batteries on a 222 from the stern to the console ? I've read some blogs that say it makes a difference in the ride of the boat by getting weight out of the stern. I don't think these hulls were ever designed for the weight of a 4-stroke. Any opinions...

    Considering buying a 2008 Fisherman 222 with a 2008 Yam 250 4S. Anyone have feedback on this boat ? Is it stern heavy since that year hull was not designed for the heavy 2008 250 4s ?

    Question about WOT for yamaha 150

    Sportsman WOT and Props My Yamaha shop says that my Sportsman w/ F150 should top out at 5800-6000 RPM at WOT. They said that if this is not the case then I have the wrong prop and it can decrease the life of the engine. In flat conditions I hit 5800 at around 42 MPH with trim tabs all the way...
