I don't think that your engine has a N2K network interface. It uses a CAN bus. It can talk to N2K but requires a gateway. I may be wrong on the details but that is how my engines interface to N2K

try whacking the pump motor housing a few medium taps with a hammer. Try that all by it self as well as while pressing the tilt switch. That wont fix your issue but it may get the pump to run a bit, enough to lift the unit.
