panda genset relays blow out regularly. what is causing this; anyone? the HELLA relay # he66134. are they defective? is there a low voltage or grounding problem?

THE SCREWS ARE LOCATED AT THE GROMMETS UNDERNEATH THE PADS. THE SCREWS, DRIVEN IN AT AN UP ANGLE, HOLD THE BOTTOM OF THE PAD WHILE THE CLIPS HOLD THE TOP. ALSO, VERY DIRTY UNDERNEATH THE PADS. EASY ENOUGH.

how do we remove the coaming pads for new covering on a marlin?
