Just bought my first Grady! Super pumped but have a few questions and hoping some people with experience could share some info. Can the microwave and fridge only run off shore power? Has any one rewired their 1999 islander? The wiring seems to be a bit of a mess (probably previous owner)...

Captains, My 1999 272 Sailfish has some dated (maybe original?) equipment (Raymarine A65, Raymarine C80, Raytheon Pathfinder SL70) which I would like to upgrade. I am not 100% sure what transducers and receivers it has, but I can go through the manuals. I've had touchscreens on previous boat...
