I plan to replace my 52gal tank after discovering corrosion holes on top near the sending unit.
1. Plastic or aluminum?
2. Who to call around New Bedford for an assessment of transom and stringers once the tank is removed.
3. Who to do the work. This job is best left to someone who will back it up.

There are larger poly tanks out there now that are very durable. Look into them for sure.

These folks have a quote tool at the end of the website. Might be a good bogy for comparison.
