1983 Owners manual/wiring diagram 19Ft Tournament

I need an Owners manual and wiring diagram for a 19 Ft Tournament. I tried downloading a manual from the GW website but got no where. I tried following their instructions but kept going in circles. Any ideas for other sources?

They don't post the '83 manual, but they have the '84 manual. The wiring should be the same.
