Looking Good!

84 Offshore, Nice looking boat as well! Love that arch also. Is your swim deck the full width? It appears that the Offshore and the Sailfish are very similar sisters. By the way I think it would be a good deal easier to install an outboard in your driveway than the 350 that you did. Good Job! 8)

Yes, the swim platform is the full width of the transom.

The removing/replacing of the engine in my driveway wasn't really that bad......this is a pic of how I did it on a previous Grady I had....worked out pretty well.

As you can see I have done this more than once........:)

How do you find these boats handle the offshore waters? Out here in the Pacific NW we tend to get a lot of big swells with some chop to keep things interesting.

I don't go offshore/outside much.......only if the weather is nice. If it's uncomfortable to fish it's not fun for me......and my son tends to get sea sick.

84' Good Job Indeed! I like your lifting beam! I wonder how much trouble it would be to swap in a big block? Hello to you again Barbender! My Sailfish handles rough water very well. I spend most of my boating time in the Gulf of Mexico. I love to go out in one foot or less but those days are rare. Anything over three foot is pretty splashy. She rides those big swells nicely. Been in some nasty little thunderstorms with 50 mph winds and she took that in stride also. 8)
