1984 Seafarer offset seat brackets

I am looking for replacement seat brackets for my 1984 seafarer, specifically the passenger seat. These and the brackets that are installed under the hatch with 7 bolts? Hopefully the attached image is viewable. Anyone know where to get these/have any for sale? The sheath has cracked and no longer holds the seat in place
