Hello,
I have a 1990 Seafarer 228G and my 2 pedestal seats have broken where the plastic chair meets the bracket that holds it to the pedestal itself. I am looking to replace the chair and bracket as the pole is fine. I cant seem to find a direct fit replacement, looks like there is a couple different sized, as my boat is stored for the winter and wrapped up, i cant get to/in it to take the measurement, I am seeking any information I can, to point me in the right direction of a replacement.

Thank you in advance and safe boating!
Rich

You said "couple different sizes"... a couple different sized of "what"? Post diameters?

You can get into your boat by installing an inexpensive shrink wrap "door". Super easy.

BUT... if the slide is good, just change the seat. The bolt pattern is standard and should match up with the slider. However, given it's over three decades old, your best bet is to physically measure. There's also the possibility of it being changed sometime over the years which is another variable and more reason to measure.
