ANYONE KNOW WHERE THE FRESH WATER.TANK IS LOCATED

If it is like the 2000, you should have this filler cap, and this pie plate, to access the FW pump and filter, on the front of the passenger seat box. The tank is under the forward deck hatch, covering the aux fuel tank space. A lot of storage space there if you don't have the aux tank.

Pull the front floor hatch and you will see it there. That's at least where it is in my 99.

thanks everybody.. I looked there before but I guess I didn't look good enough. my access plate is all the way forward on the cover so I guess I missed it.

Your access holes won't get you to the freshwater tank. Only way to it is pull the floor.

3 circles are access holes, rectangle is your water tank.
