Down in the cabin starboard side, I lifted the bed/seat hatch to see whats under there.
Found a fluid reservoir filled with a tan fluid and hose running down into the hull.
What is this for?
Sorry no pic.

That is where some of the trim tab pumps were mounted but I would expect more than just a tank and a hose. A picture will help

Yes - the trim tab pump wouldn't be "a hose" as originally stated. It would, of course, be two hard plastic tubes.

Does your owner's manual have schematics of what items/accessories are located where?

Went thru the whole owners manual, shows nothing under the front bench area.
Something to do with the bow thruster?

On my other boat the hydraulic fluid for tabs was in the rear bilge area.

I'll get a pic up this weekend.

Yes. if it really has only a hose, it is most likely the reservoir for a bow thruster . If you can follow thr hose it should lead to the bow thruster pump module
