Good afternoon,
Has anyone seen a fuel leak intermittently on the engine itself that is coming from the starboard side behind plastic cover on the engine? It only leaks after I run the boat and then lift the engine and it leaks out of front of the cooling at the latch. Motor runs great no issues.

Can you re-read what you wrote and correct the mistyped words? It's not clear what you're saying. Also, add some more description as to where it's leaking - or maybe take some pictures.

Assuming it’s a recent engine, there’s a fuel filter at the lower front of the engine. It has an o-ring seal.
Another guess is VST tank, but it’s buried a bit deeper.
Check fuel line connections.
If its an older motor perhaps the fuel lines themselves.

I replaced the plastic fuel filter assembly and checked all hose and today I saw fuel dripping down from behind black plastic cover on starboard side of the motor. It only leaks after I trim the motor up out of the water and that's when I see fuel running down to the front latch area. Injector maybe? The boat runs great and no lights on the gauges. Mystery....

Your VST tank and LP pump are both on the port side of the engine behind the intake plenum , along with the LP filter.

I would guess that the motor is not leaking when tilted. . Rather it is leaking while running and the gas is accumulating in the lower cowling. When you tilt the motor, the puddle of gas flows to a different are that has openings to the outside.
This could be a fairly dangerous condition so if you don't know waht to look for, you should have a qualified mechanic take a look.
