2012 283 Canyon seat

I just bought a new 283 canyon this summer. I have recently noticed that the flip down portion of the helm seat seems to be dropped. I can not tell if it is broken or missing a piece. It is down far enough on one side that it is resting on the fiberglass. Has anyone else had this issue. Thanks

Call your dealer ASAP before you get hit with fiberglass work bill. It should be a stop to prevent that part of the seat to go down. It could be just a screw and it has broken off.
