My bimini that I ordered online fits the boat frame wise perfect. The sunbrella is too dang big and will NOT tighten. So much material she flops in the wind.

I rechecked and the top is on correct.

Did you try adjusting the frame? You can move the secondary sections higher on the main frame IF the set screws are not frozen. My canvas guy used PB-Blaster (I think) to break them loose. Anyway, by raising the sections, it spreads the top sections apart which will tighten the canvas.
