204 Overnighter prop sizing

Hello,

I have a 1987 204 Overnighter I'm reworking and I'm going to put a 150 Yamaha four stroke on her. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for prop size?

17 with a big blade, Mirage Plus comes to mind.

I probably should have asked your goal and usage. Typical load, etc.

For what it's worth I have a 208 (hardtop) with a 200hp running a 19. WOT is 39-42 depending on load/current.

TMANN are you reaching close to 6000 rpm's WOT with that prop? My 208 would get into the high 5000 with the P 17 at WOT. per Yamaha's recomendation.

Hi - what diameter prop are you guys running?

I have an adventure 208 with Yamaha F150 and am currently running a 15 1/4 X 15 Pitch SS prop. I top out at 5300 fully loaded and am looking to get more out of the motor. I may drop down to a smaller diameter prop.
