The guys from Southeastern Marine pulled up to my river house right on time and with military precision removed my trade, a 208, from the boathouse and left in its place an 08 225.

My luck the maiden voyage was in pretty choppy water but I got to see how much more stable the 225 feels right off the bat (no offense to the 208--a fine boat)

The delivery guys stayed for hours going over every nook and cranny making sure everything was perfect before $$ changed hands. Having bought a number of Vipers, Vettes and other fun cars, I can say the SE delivery process rivals the best I have seen . The folks in Greeneville would be proud.

Now, I just need some warmer weather. :D

Viperdrum - what river are you on? I'm on the Piankatank. Spent the day working on my Overnighter.

Way to go viperdrum. Sounds like you had a great day! I should be going up to Lorain, OH sometime this month to pick up my 225. Unfortunately they won't deliver 360 miles away. I'll let you all know how it goes and please do post some pictures.
Congratulations on your "new arrival"!
