Was out fishing today came back to dock and tilted motors to flush . Let them flush for about 1 hour as I was cleaning fish. When I came back to boat water was pouring out cowling cover. Does anyone know why this happened. Boat ran great on the way back.

Would only be guessing. Could be as simple as an issue with the flush hose on the inside... could be something else. Hate to state the obvious, or be an armchair QB, but... you didn't open the cover to look?

As mentioned, pull the cowling and see what is leaking. Hopefully it is something simple like a hose.
