226 Seafarer Value

I am looking into buying a 2001 226 Seafarer and wondering if anyone has the BUC value. It has a hard top and 2005 Yamaha engine. Boat is in decent/fair shape. Owner wants 23K for boat (no trailer) and I want to see how that is.

I think that is a fair price for that boat. Have it surveyed and go from there.
