I just purchased a new to me 228g. In transporting I may take boat on a ferry. I was wandering if anyone could tell me the height of theirs on a trailer. The ferry max is 13,6"

As I recall, ours is about 11'-6" so you should be fine as long as you don't have a radar, etc mounted. Anything less than 12 feet overhead you need to put someone on the boat watching carefully as you pull in. 13-6 clearance is NO problem for you.

13'6" is interstate bridge height....so you should be fine.
The hardtop on my 226 was just over 11'. Depending on how it sits on the trailer, you are probably somewhere in the same range.
