KUS, formerly WEMA. Call Grady support for the required length or pull old sender ( tank not full and note position of flange and gasket if screwed in) measure from flange to bottom of tank. Subtract 1/2 inch and order the sender closest to that length without going over.
If you had a WEMA sender, they usually last a while so if me, I would make sure the sender is bad first thing.
Pull pink wire ( I think its pink) from the sender, gauge should read empty. Touch that wire connector to a good ground. Gauge should read full.
if that works, the sender is bad or the ground for the sender is bad,
If you measure the resistance using an ohm meter of the sender with the wire to the dash disconnected at the sender, it should read somewhere between 30 ohms and about 210 ohms depending on the gas level. Of course if the sender is stuck it may read a good value but not change when the gas level changes.
What does your gauge read and does it change at all?
