I washed my rub rails with "boat zoap plus " and with some scrubbing they came out like new , then used a turtle wax item that is made for tires and they look great.

Acetone! Get some rubber gloves, a can of acetone, some old rags, and scrub like there is no tomorrow. That should restore them to like new. Once you have the bluish Grady rub rail color back, finish with some back to black or other similar product. I restored my 1994 tournament rub rails using this method. Your boat is newer, so you should have success. Good luck!! 8)
