272 Sailfish documentation?

I have a 1995 272 sailfish and am looking for the net tons. Does anyone that has a similar boat know what it is? Just trying to figure out if I need to be documented if I want to run charters.

Jenny Ann,

Contact the National Vessel Documentation Center. They will guide you thru the process. The USCG has a formula that determines the GW. There is an online form that allows you to enter the spec's of your vessel and this determines your GW. Also you can contact Grady White (excellent Cust. Serv.) they will send you the spec's on your vessel with your Hull Id#.

I have a 1994 272 sailfish, 8 ton is what Grady-White told me, and thats what I use.
