So my dads 2008 283 grady has been listing to the port enough to force him to use trim tabs when planing to fix it. Weve emptied the water tank which did nothing so we decided to pull the battery switch box off the back wall and thats when we discovered a lot of water which had been sitting on the port side because the stringer drain was clogged. The water was sloshing around when running and splashing on the back of all the main fuses so we replaced those and sucked the water out with a shop vac before unclogging the stringer drain to make sure its not a leak as we dont have a trailer for the boat. Its now still leaning to the port a little less than before but its still doing it so im saying it has waterlogged foam but if thats the case hes looking at thousands in repair so does anyone have a better idea of what it could be?

In low humidity weather open as many access plates as you can. If possible run a small fan in the bilge to keep air flowing. You have to watch things in case it may rain or snow. Although the foam can hold water for a long time, you have a decent chance of some drying.
Let us know how it goes.
