Wayne, seems like your new here Welcome!!
I'm assuming by your quick list of questions that you just purchased the boat and whoever you bought it from did not go over anythign with you. First question, do you have an owner's manual, if not Grady White can get you one if you contact them. There are many on this board that can help answer your questions, but it is always bet to have the manual and read it before operating the boat so you can be familar with it. There should be a deck cap marked waste, it is likely on you stabd side, but not positive for your model. You can connect to a deck pump out and have it vacuumed out, the other alternative is to use the overboard discharge, there should be an overboard valve located below your deck hatch inside the cabin, it should be located outside the head door. If you open it it will empty, but check your states regulations, it is not legal to discharge in most states within a set distance of shore, and fines are not that cheap.
As for your cockpit spreader lights, on your hardtop electronics box there should be an overhead round light with 2 buttons, one powers the light itself, the other should turn the spreader lights on. If fuses are out, most are under the dash board, there should be a small access from the cabin, but better acces is had from unscrewing the dash. I would recommend you coat those fuses and connections with an anticorrosive spray as well, most owner's forget to do that as often as they should. Hope this helps get you started.
