330 props

During the winter there was a fire in the shop where the props were stored.Some were toast and were repalced, mine were blackened but appearently salvagable. They put new hubs in and reconditioned.The polished stainless is now dull and some rust showing. Took her for first run Sunday and only got 23 knots at 4800 rpm.Last year was at 26, top out at 6100rpm at 30 knots, last year 5900 rpm at 36 knots. what gives???

Just curious is the hull clean? I am down in South Carolina I have a 330 and I leave my boat in the water. I did not run it for about 3wks, and I could not even plane. It is amazing how apparently little growth causes a huge difference in performance.
