I just purchased a 2013 225 Freedom and I'm making some needed repairs. Three of the speakers are blown and need to be replaced. The speakers are 6.0 inch fusion MS-FR602 speakers. I can't seem to find any 6.0-inch speakers for sale, everything for sale that's close seems to be 6.5 inches. Does anyone know if the holes that are cut to mount the current speakers will work for 6.5 inch speakers? Thanks for your help. Bob

You'll probably need to look up the specs for the cutout dimensions and compare to your cutout. They can vary. We have Rockford Fosgate 6" speakers on our website for sale. I don't want to break any rules by posting a link. But here is a link for the RF speaker cutout template. Let me know if I can try to help further.

I had a similar issue with a previous boat. In that instance I had to enlarge the holes in the fiberglass side panels. That was a pain in the neck, dusty job. I used down cut jig saw blades to reduce chipping. That did reduce chipping but the fiberglass ate up the blades quickly

Thank you very much for the assistance, Kevin. It looks like those speakers will work.
