Hey everyone. I’m new here and to boating in general. My neighbor gave me this boat. I got the 115 johnson running Put a CMC power trim on and have been Really enjoying it. I need to replace the bulb on the bow but for the life of me I can’t figure it out. Any help?

Here are a few pictures. There are no accessible screws. I don’t think you can get to this from underneath either. Anyone?

This is as close as I can get and still can’t really access anything up there.

Can you post a picture of the location from further back - get the entire front section of the bow.

Your last picture looks like a picture of the back side of the bow eye.

Sorry I’m not sure how to rotate that picture. The only access is under the two side cushions.

Hmmm. No way to reach up through a hole under the forward bow seat? Or maybe install a deck plate there? Before you do that, though, I'd reach out to Grady.

By chance, the "plate" of the light (the part with the vertical support)... it looks like it is separate from the rest of the housing. Does it slide forward?

I’m assuming that’s what is supposed to happen but I’m afraid to damage it. I have tried with a wood wedge but nothing so far. I was hoping someone had this same light and experience with it. I just don’t want to damage it.

Maybe the larger part slides backwards? That might make more sense as maybe the forward part extends under the bigger part and the forward part is screwed down. But, hey, this is all just guessing!
