I just bought a 254 sailfish and I was curious if a pump out was standard on this vessel and where I can locate the holding tank? Also I would like to add a normal head instead of a porttipotty is that possible? Also the live well is there a standardaerator? TThanks for any input you can provide

Based upon the hose routings from the head in my model, same as yours....it is quite a job if doing for first time. Some areas I can see where hoses go, but can't see or get to where they are secured, especially the high parts I think where the vents are, etc. You might check and see what it would cost to get it done professionally as a base to start from.
The holding tank is under the panel as you enter the below deck berth, just forward of the water storage tank. I assume yours is an empty area if no holding tank is there now.
